Party of fifty men should be sent to afford protection from Pirates to the inhabitants in the direction of Lymoon, and I bey Your Lordship will arrange accordingly placing them in Tento until a Comfortable Barrack for One hundred men can be built. I should imagine they would be most easily provisioned by water from this side of the Island.
