In acknowledging the receipt of your
letter of late date reporting the completion of the Market Place, the building
which
I was
arranging
you zealously undertook to Superintend I have to express my satisfaction at what has been done,
as well as to intimate my sanction to the additional
expense of $500 and the prospective arrangements
you
have
As soon as the Market Place is completely
fitted, of which the Chief Magistrate will be the proper
judge,
I shall have one assigned to
further ground being
granted for erection of
the
rests of the establishment demand it but as the alley
the one now
finished has been considerable it
fully
quietly morning and proper that it should be fully
necessary;
occupied
