I have the honor to forward to
Your Lordship a copy of my Despatch to
No. 91, to the address of Mr. Johnston, the Deputy Superintendent of Trade &c., on the occasion
of my approaching departure, to rejoin the Expedition, which I hope to do in the Yang-
Kiang River within twelve days from this date, by the Steam Frigate
Queen.
I have already
had the honor to
report to Your Lordship in my Despatch No. 8, of the 20th of last month, the
arrangements
