In answer to Your letter of this day's date, inclosing one from your Assistant, Mr. Reynolds, I am instructed by Sir Henry Pottinger to direct, that the Poney alluded to by Mr. Reynolds be made over to that Gentleman from the 1st of the present month, and that He be Authorized to charge an additional sum of $10, under the Head of Horse-Allowance, from that date.
