say more regarding them.
With respect to the Pirates whom you report to be lodged in gaol at Salt I have to request that you will instruct Captain Caine to proceed to try them in a summary form, and on clear conviction, to award to them such punishments as he shall see fit, submitting the sentences for your confirmation.
