MADR, 1st March. An Englishman, supposed to be dichard Figust, was arrested at the Hotel des Ambasa- dours to-day under the name of Ronald Pon- souly. The man afterward counaitted suicide with a resolver. The description of the suicide corresponds with that of Pigeti.. The mans spoke English only. A small sgant of silver was found in his ponkets. The police have taken possosalon of the papers and other articles found upon him,
