The British steamer Nansing, from Manila 4th December, reports had strong monsoon from N.N.R.id N.E. bigh sea, and clear weather.
The German steamer Ningpo, from Shanghai 3rd December, reports had calm and misty wet- ther on the river, anchored there for 12 hours. Thereafter to this port had moderate N.E. winde and fine weather.
