When it is desired to forward, letters to the United States by a soiling ship which is not no- tified as carrying a mail, it is only necessary to post the letters in the ordiasy way; marked with the name of the ship, sud prepaid 14 cmnfs por the half ounce at usual. The Post Office the unders takes the duty of obtaining notion of departars and despatching the correspondence.
