the Treasury in the matter generally, with the undermentioned Offices & Departments viz.

Colonial Secretary
The Treasurer
Ordnance
Engineers
Artillery
The Commanding Officer
The Assistant & Master General
The Adjutant General
The Postage on the Official correspondence to and from England (as you are aware) will be brought to account in this Country, and with regard to the other Official correspondence between this and India the charge as you are aware, will be at the single rate, and towards the British scale in proportion according to the Mahaly Senetary
