As to letters arriving at Hong Kong

private Ships, the letters
of
Owners charterers
or consignees of Consignees of goods
or Vessels and the owners or
on board (if such letters
be within the weights and addressed in conformity with the regulations fixed by
the 3 & 4 Vict C 96 s 35) may
be
given up to the parties before the Masters delivers the other letters in his charge to the
Post Office . _ As to such other letters the regulations the 3 & 4 Vict: C 96 s 36 should be
complied with . The term "outward bound": used in the 35th and 36th sections is declared by the interpretation clause See 7th
the
sec
to include Vessels bound
to
the Colonies.
