I have to add that Scales, weights, Stamps, a seal and a variety of official Forms were sent to Liverpool addressed to you, previous to your departure from that Port; but by an unfortunate accident they were detained in the Post Office under the Expectation that you would call for them until after you had sailed.

These stores were forwarded on the 4 Nov. last by the Ship "The Lowry" & duplicated to be sent to you by the next Overland Mail via Southampton.
