In the Times of this morning
Verning it
is stated, that a Government Notification containing rules to be observed
in drawing up Ships manifests to
be presented at the British Consulate Canton, and other China Ports, has been forwarded to Lloyd's for the perusal of Merchants, Captains and others interested in the Trade
with China.
I am directed to request the favour of being furnished with a copy of these Rules for the information of the Merchants and ship owners connected with this Association.
