Foreign Office

Letter received this Morning the post Mark of the 216th May on which day the Letters per "Royalist" were delivered. This letter contained Letters for India and England, which would have been forwarded by the Steamer if delivered on arrival. We beg to call your attention to the postage charged on this Letter 1/-.

We also forward you a small packet of Musters received.
