Left Port Said on the 29th, Sues on the 30th, and Singapore on the 22nd inst... From thence light monsoon and fine, clear weather to part. Passed the American ship Sunrise, in laf. 15 N., Long. 113 E.
The Gorman steamer Stettin, from Yokohama rants in Kobe and, and Nagasaki B4th reports in the first 4 days on the it passage had strong N. and N.R. winds with a very high and crossing so. The vessel laboured tremendously and took much water over. Then the wind calmed off and it becams fine weathor and mo derata ses, but very high N.E, awell till Yako- hena Arrived there on the 17th October, 8am. Left Yokchama on the 19th at noon, aud arrived at Lobe on the 90th, 8 s'olock p.m. Left Kobe on the 22nd, daylight, and arrived at Nagnaali on the 3rd, 5 p.m. Laft Nagasaki on the 24th, 10am. On the rete passage she & had generally fine weather and moderate sea.
