The German steamer Drachmfels, from Sai gon 29th September, reporta at first on the voy ago maurisesta. Routherly winds with clear wea ther. Bafora passing Cape Fadorse the wind was going to the eastward and set in with thunderstorm and drinding rain. All tho on the other pussage the wind was blowing like a hurricane from the east and north-eastward with persevering thick rain and a high son. Through the night from the 3rd to the 4th Oct. the wind was lessening and the rain slackening. The last day bad fine weather, moderate north. east wind, and smooth water.
