We observe (says tho Japon Mail of the 6th inst) that the Honourable Sir Francis Plunkett aad Mr. E. Satow, K.B.M. Minister to im paid a visit, a few days ago, to the Ashio sapper mines. They were received by Mosers. Malau and Shibusawa, who had spared no pains to make preparations for the comfort of their visitors, cooks, table utensils, and so forth having been pbtained from the Seiyöken in Tokyo.
