I have made a suggestion to this effect to the East India Company; and I will
communicate with your Lordship further on this point when I shall have received a reply from the Court of Directors on the subject.

Letters at Macao, Amoy, and the four Consular Ports in China; and I have only further to add that His Lordship having been pleased to grant the continuance of the Establishment hitherto employed in the post office at Hong Kong, I presume, as the precise extent of that Establishment
