now lodged in the Jail of Victoria and who now stands Convicted of Murder, and will be pleased to Commute the sentence of Death which has been recorded against him, into one of Transportation for life or for such other period as Her Majesty Shall in Her Royal Wisdom deem
and consider to be fitting and meet.
