The British stenar Tangisze reports loft Saigon st 6 a.m., so the 16th inst., experienced strong N.E. winds during the fist part of pas- sago; latter part moderato variable winds and fine weather.
The British stoamer Fokion reports left Kadat on the 14th iast., and Sandakan on the 16th; had light variable nírs and fine clear weather antil 20th; thence strung N.D. winds and dall hazy wouther to port.
The British steamer Thales ruporte left. Foo. sbow on the 18th inst., with light variable.airs, insy and sheware of rain. Loft Amoy on the 19th, had thick foggy weather to Swatów. Lett Swatow on the 20th, with strong N.B. winds and overenat wailier. Presed Co.'s our Nation of Sharp Point
