should be signed off, tried, determined, and punished within Her Majesty's Dominions, shall

be so signed off, tried, determined and punished,

and that Her Majesty's Consuls, Vice Consuls,

other Persons provisionally acting as such under Warrant from the Chief Superintendent of British

Trade in China, aforesaid, shall have

authority

the Commission of any offence or offence the cognizance whereof may at any time appertain to them or any

of them, to be sent for

trial to the said Colony

of Hongkong, and it is further ordered that this Chief Justice of the Colony
