the charges for medicines to out-door Patients will be moderate, and the receipts be appropriated to the support of the institution.
I have also the honor to intimate to Your Excellency that the Hospital for Tregu Seamen in Macao will be closed, and no Patients admitted after this date,

E. the Governor is pleased to direct that the annexed copy of the Surgeon's Letter in charge of the Merchant Seamen's Hospital, and the Rules that have been laid down in consequence, for the admission of Seamen belonging to the British Merchant Service, into that institution, be published for general information and guidance.
