It is estimated that the cost of transferring time, present Machinery to Malabon, of the Now Machinery already purchased and the expensa of anmpleting the New Sugar House, will smocat to $72,000.
The Uspital reqsired for carrying out the porabuse and conducting tho work will be 3700,000, of which the sam of $108,000, the halance romaining after making the payments as mentioned above, will form the Capital fer working the badiness.
