Proceedings of a Board of Survey hold at the Colonial Treasury House pursuant to the Order of Government dated this 1 day of October One thousand eight hundred and forty four.

The Board having taken an account of the quantity of money existing in the Colonial Treasury at this date ascertained the same in the Treasure Vault. Dollars 465,635.05 9.670, 18.6%
In addition to the foregoing.
The Board ascertained the sum of $20,373.60, Twenty thousand three hundred and seventy three dollars and sixty cents to be in the Treasure Vault, this sum being identical with the amount as furnished by the Bank in the report of the Board of Survey hold on 15th May last, which with the sum of dollars 22374, 72 cents paid to Messrs Angus Fletcher and Robert Strachan in trust for the intestate estate of the late Chater & Tyer will amount to dollars 42,920.62.00 shown in the report dated 12th July. The foregoing sum of dollars $20,373.70 being made up as follows.
