receipt of your despatch of the Eb Dec" last by yo reporting

Works undertaken for the health or
improvement
of the Colony under your Government. And God?
have seen no reason
to
question the propriety of That Expenditure for the several works specified
in the enclosures
Nos 1.2.3 & 4
of that Despatch, and
consequently instructions have accordingly been given for its admission
in the accounts
of
the
Colony.
