me to concert measures with the

Admiral and General haunts of these lawless robbers among
the islands, and root them out with the

all those who have been apprehended, to prove to them that they are not to
expect encouragement from impunity and that their own
Government is able
to restrain them without the necessity for the English taking measures
of extirpation.
