Inn Excellency having directed me to prepare for Secret Stanly cue Estimate of the Civil Expenditure of this Colony, for the ensuing year ending 31st March 1845 to 1846 I have the honor to submit herewith a detailed statement.
showring the charges of each Department, as at present put down for salaries, corps, and contingencies, And also an estimate in accordance with a document furnished me by the Acting Surveyor General of the amount to be defrayed for Public Buildings, roads, streets, &c during the above mentioned year
