I have at the same time the honor to inclose a list of ten Convicts who have been transported to Van-Diemen's Land, in pursuance of the sentence of the Supreme Court of Judicature of this Colony.

By my Despatch No. 33 of the 6th July, Your Lordship was informed of
Proclamation having been issued in accordance with the Instructions and Form prescribed in the Colonial Regulations, appointing Van Diemen's Land and Norfolk Island as places of transportation, a species of punishment indispensable in this Colony.
