separate and confidential Despatch to Sir Henry Pottinger under date the 4th I have the force to state that the row of building commenced by my Predecessor for the accommodation of Civil Officers of Government is at length nearly completed, at an outlay of 18670 Dollars. The plan is forwarded herewith.
