Forms hereafter to be used in rendering the Commissariat Accounts, requested M. Commissary
General Jeffery to favour
me with a perusal of
Treasury Circular of 10 December 1843 No. 262 in
which Instructions
are
conveyed to him
for this
purpose, and having carefully examined this Circular and the forms annexed to it, I have been guided by it as far as possible in making the following suggestions and I submit them to His Excellency the Governor's consideration in obedience to Article No. 23 of my
