withdraw such parcels from the bords which they are designed to accompany, and would beg that you would bring the matter under the notice of His Excellency the Governor, who may be pleased to issue an order to the Deputy Post Master, causing him not to pass Muster Parcels through the Post Office.

With reference to our former communications detailing particulars of the gross irregularity of Letters addressed to us, we beg to enclose a copy of a Letter addressed to one M Gray, which though bearing the Hong Kong Post Office Stamp of 14th May last was only received by us this morning, and you will observe Mr. Livingston's Endorsation certifying such only to have been received by Messrs. Gibb Livingston & Co. at Hongkong.
