Canton, 10th July,

We have the honor to call

attention to the letter which we

addressed to you on the 28th of May last, regarding the inconvenience we experience from Muster parcels, which accompany Goods, being taken out & resold by some parties, we presume, in employment of the Post Office, and being charged Postage thereon.

We find such a serious inconvenience. We take the liberty of sending you a parcel of Muster's marked, "Breed 88/95" "the postage of which is charged to us two Shillings. We respectfully submit to you our opinion that the Deputy Post Master has no right to withdraw...
