With reference to my interview with you yesterday and in compliance with your request then made that I should reduce to writing the complaints of irregularity in the Post Office Department of this Colony I beg to recapitulate the following particulars in proof of the Mails brought from Bombay
the Ship Fattay Mambanok having received, at the Post Office, in the course of the morning of the 6th instant a delivery of letters took place at the usual hour of 3 PM when there letters - Two addressed to myself individually -
