My Lord,
I have the honor to inform Your Lordship that I have received. This day Your Lordship's despatches from No 10 of the 17th of March to No 13 of the 14th of April, both inclusive, despatch of the 15th March marked Military No.1. a Circular conveying the decision of Her Majesty's Government, as to fees not being payable on appointments to the Executive and Legislative Councils, together with the duplicates of all Your Lordship's despatches to me up to No 6 of the 6th of March, and duplicates of No 34 and...
