We have the honour to Enclose to Your Excellency five letters which were only delivered at the Post Office yesterday, although daily applications have been made there for any letters addressed to us by our Agents Messrs Bibb, Livingston & Co. You will observe they bear the Post Office stamp of date 17th Instant, the day the "Old England" arrived and we shall feel obliged by Your Excellency causing some enquiry to be made of the reason why our letters have experienced such an unwarrantable delay.
