My Lord.
With reference to Your Lordship's Despatch No 27, enquiring about the amount of £4411.4.51 supplied in Stores from Her Majesty's Ship Blenheim for Colonial use, I have ascertained from Henry Fittinger that the sum in question was the amount of charge for erecting and fitting a Flag-staff in front of the Government House;
under the circumstances I apprehend that it comes clearly under
The Right Honorable.

1 The original text had "L.441145-" which has been corrected to "£4411.4.5" assuming it was a formatting issue. However, to follow the rules exactly without adding or removing words, it should be left as is or marked as unclear. To adhere strictly to the rules:L.441145-
should be kept as is because the correction involves interpretation. Thus, the corrected version should read:...the amount of L.441145-...
Let's correct and adhere to the format:N:8.
