Stewart Esqre, Treasurer and Financial Secretary, the sum of one Hundred and fifty Dollars, and certify to have expended the same on the Works, recommended by the Committee of Health, and sanctioned by His Excellency the Governor - viz
Cleaning out and enlarging the drains at the west end of the town making new Drain across Queens Road to carry off the water to the sea. Kawing the road, near the lower Bazaar to prevent stagnant waters
