I acknowledge to have received during the present month from Charles J. Stewart Esquire, Treasurer and Financial Secretary, the sum of Eleven Hundred Dollars, and certify to have expended the same as follows - viz.
On Contract No. for completion of Main Road from Marine Lot No. 36 to 105 Bridge 600.
On Contract No. 16 for completion of Main Road of Bridge Westward. Des. Bazaar to the west Barracks 500.
One thousand and one hundred Dollars 1100.-
