I have the honor to submit to Your Excellency the account current of the Expenditure of this Government for the quarter ending 30th September 1893.
The credit side shows a total of $107,285.28 but of which sum $77,730 had been advanced on account of unfinished Military Contracts previous to the 30th August last, at which date the payment of these Contracts together with all other Military works was transferred to the Commissarial Department leaving a balance of $29,535.28 to be accounted for as detailed in the accompanying vouchers in support of
