Beg to acknowledge the receipt on
the P. Instant of your letter No: 140 dated the 12th and to expres my
thanks to His Excellency for enabling
me to commence
my duties by granting to me the use of the present Post Office and the Establishment. Those duties I will
commence tomorrow.
Pursuant to the directions in
that letter I forward an epitome of the
regulations of the Post Office for publication in the Gazette of tomorrow.
