Forwarding two Series of Colonial Letters.
This is a further series of letters without explanation.
I infer that it is impossible to act upon them when I see at once that these letters have nothing material in them (relating to unsettling matters) however they may be.
also separately one with due by Lives & when that arrives Circular they 4265 - Wait for this
I perceive that there is a repetition of that transmitted These know Mr. Davis will fall under Colonial office Jeives who are losing

My Lord,
I had intended to have addressed Your Lordship by this opportunity regarding the accompanying copy of letter from the Land Officer with detailed account of Disbursements and probable Estimates, but business of various kinds that could not be delayed has flowed in too fast that it is totally out of my power to fulfil my intention, as the "Sesostres" steamer starts for Bombay at day break to-morrow morning.
I therefore merely now forward these documents, that Your Lordship may from them form some idea of the past and contemplated Expenses of this Colony but it is proper I should
