has addressed a Representation to me, on the 22nd of last month, setting forth, that their Warehouse had been a night or two before attacked by a large body of Thieves who landed from a Boat, and praying
that I would move
Admiral Sir Thomas Cochrane to allow
one of the several Vessels of War to anchor in the Western part of Harbour, whilst not required for any
particular Service; would have a salutary effect
