the Governor in Council, to acknowledge the
receipt of your letter No. 12 of the 13th Instant with its various accompaniments, and am
to acquaint you
that every thing you
have proposed,
and recommended is approved
and sanctioned, with the exception of your
proposal respecting suburban Lots which are to lie over for further enquiry and
consideration
His Excellency in Council further directs me to assure you that the clear and impartial manner in which you
have investigated and submitted sentiments
