We have the honor to acknowledge
the receipt of your letter, No. 12, under date the 6th Instant,
conveying to us the sanction
of His Excellency the
Governor, to the classification of all lots, both Marine lots and also to the manner in which
lots are to be sold, as proposed in our letter No.21,
of the 10th Instant, to
your address.
We have now the honor to enclose a
List of the number of classes we would propose, with the annual rent of each, and also a list of the lots hitherto granted or occupied, specifying the
class in which we would place each of them.
Although all those classes are not
required for the lots already granted, we are of opinion that from their
very various nature
