in the Chief Magistrate's Office having been approved of by His Excellency the Governor in Council are published for general information.

Table of Fees to be taken in the Chief Magistrate's Office, in Cases of trespass to Person, or on immoveable Property.
Summons $ Cents. 2 Warrant to apprehend before Summons served 2 Warrant to apprehend after Summons served, and Defdt. not appearing in time 11 Summons to every Witness 50 Every Case called on for enquiry 50 Swearing of every Witness 31 Every order of Arbitration or compromise 50 Deciding every Case 5 Warrant to seize Goods 2 Poundage One per Cent on amount levied.No. 2
Table of Fees to be taken in the Chief Magistrate's Office, in Cases where the sum of not more than 200 Dollars is claimed.
Summons Cents. 1 Warrant to apprehend before Summons served 3 Warrant to apprehend after Summons served, and Defdt. not appearing in time. 6 Every Case called on for enquiry 4 Summons to every Witness 40 Swearing every Witness 40 Every order of Arbitration or compromise 40 Every Case decided 10 Warrant to seize Goods 1 Poundage One per Cent on amount levied.In Cases where not more than 50 Dollars is claimed one half of the above Fees, and when not more than 20 Dollars, one quarter thereof.
