having reported to Lord Stanley that he had engaged his passage for Hong Kong in the Ship Lady Hayes which is sail in the 12 Instant, his Lordship is requested, with reference to your letter of the 24 April last, that you will move the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury to instruct the Paymaster of Civil Services for the payment to Mr. Stanton of the allowance of £150 which their Lordships have consented to grant him on account of his passage
