"This is the draft of the Commissioners' report to the disposal opted, stating the current state of the land at the date of Lin Hung's arrival.

It does not appear to me that there is little to undo what has been done there already - concluding suggestions of the Commission.

Zealous efforts were made to settle the questions received - the length of the leases to be published - disposing of them in the other way is to be done as reported.

With respect to building houses, licenses for 50 years being subject to bollinger's renewal, it is my opinion that the art they land-granted to God. Effrain I w. Certainly.
