Sir Henry Pottinger's Dispatch No. 3 of the 28th of June last, accompanied by various Papers on the subject of such lots of Land as have yet been disposed of at Hong Kong; and We have also adverted to any part of Mr. Gordon's Report enclosed in your other letter of the same date, which bear upon the present subject.
