Couriers were received at the Custom House from Her Majesty's ship "Endymion" addressed to Lord Stanley, but that they have found packages in the warehouse which were shipped without any address to it, containing a Massive Bronze Vase, – and that they have no means of obtaining information about it, in consequence of the Commander of that ship having left Plymouth immediately after she had been paid off.

Directed by Lord Stanley to make the recipient of four letters of the 19 instant, enclosing a Report from the Commr of Customs, which is relative to a suspicious case, supposed to contain Chinese Books, put on board the "Endymion" but which has not yet been received at Hongkong.
