I have the honor to transmit to you the Copy of an Order passed by Her Majesty in Council on the 24th Ult., regulating the Trade of Her Majesty's subjects with China and India, and I have to request, that you will cause the utmost publicity to be given to the Regulations contained in this Order in Council, in the Colony under your Government.
