I am directed by the Earl of Aberdeen, to transmit to you herewith a copy of a despatch to Lord Stanley, copy of warrant under the great seal, of a further Commission under the same, and of instructions under the Sign Manual, which have been severally transmitted to Sir Henry Pottinger in pursuance of the power vested in Her Majesty by 6 & 7 Vic. cap. 80; and a copy of a despatch to Sir Henry Pottinger inclosing the same.
